Casie
Born and raised in East Tennessee, Casie developed her strong work ethic early as a collegiate athlete at Cumberland University, where she earned a full-ride scholarship and graduated with honors. The discipline, accountability, and time management she developed during those years continue to guide the way she operates today. After college, Casie spent eight years in the service industry, gaining extensive hands-on experience in hospitality and customer care. She built a reputation for reliability, professionalism, and thoughtful service. Her background in property ownership and hands-on management sharpened her standards for cleanliness and detail, ensuring that every home receives consistent, thorough care.
Mikel
Mikel brings nearly 10 years of customer service and leadership experience. During her career at Buc-ee’s, she advanced from frontline retail into senior leadership, ultimately serving as a corporate district manager overseeing six high-volume locations across four states. In that role, she managed large teams, coordinated complex operations, and led store openings in new markets. Her experience strengthened her expertise in organization, efficiency, training, and operational excellence — systems that now support the consistency and professionalism Tri-C clients rely on. Mikel transitioned from corporate leadership to partner with Casie in building a company grounded in precision, structure, and a people-first mindset.
